Compared with traditional iron castings, it has better shock absorption, low coefficient of thermal expansion, low coefficient of thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and low internal stress in greenhouse pouring maintenance. It can complete milling, drilling, expanding, boring, tapping and contour milling in a fixture. It is suitable for processing various parts with high precision, multiple processes and complex shapes.
The DEED VMC60C CNC vertical machining center is easy to install and clamp workpieces. Common clamps such as flat pliers, pressing plates, dividing heads, rotary worktables, etc. can be used to install and clamp workpieces. The clamping and positioning of workpieces are convenient. Its running trace is easy to observe, the debugging program is convenient to check and measure, and problems can be found in time for shutdown or modification.
