The DEED VMC70C CNC vertical machining center is a CNC milling machine that mainly uses milling method to process parts. It can complete complex processing of various planes, grooves, spiral grooves, formed surfaces, plane curves, space curves, etc. The machining center is mainly used for the machining of box type and complex curved surface parts. It can concentrate the functions of milling, boring, drilling, thread processing, etc. on one equipment. Because it has a variety of tool change or tool selection functions and an automatic workbench exchange device, the parts can automatically complete or nearly complete all the processing procedures of each side of the parts after one clamping, greatly improving the production efficiency.
The DEED VMC70C CNC vertical machining center has high cutting speed, which can greatly shorten the cutting time of the workpiece, thereby reducing heat. More than 90% of the workpieces take away the high-speed flow of debris, thus reducing the heat accumulation of the workpieces, so the temperature rise of the workpieces is also very small. Therefore, it is very suitable for processing long and thin parts that are easy to be hot deformed and have high accuracy, as well as materials with low melting point and easy to be oxidized.
