This series of gantry machining centers adopts the closed gantry frame structure composed of bed, column and crossbeam. The worktable moves with high rigidity and high stability, especially suit-able for rough/semi -finish machining of mold parts; structural parts of automation equipment, railroad structural parts machining; large parts machining in energy, engineering and casting industries; rail-road knuckle, large structural parts machining, etc.
This series of machine tool is a CNC turning machining center for disc and sleeve parts, which is suitable for machining internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces,grooves, spherical surfaces and other kinds of rotary surfaces, and all kinds of internal and external threads in metric system and inch system. It can realize the functions of turning, grinding, milling, drill-ing, tapping, hobbing, slotting, etc. in one clamping, which is widely used in bearing, automobile, gear and other industries.
This series vertical machining center adopts cross slide moving struc-ture. The guide rail adopts linear rolling guide. It is mainly used for the machining of various small and medium-sized complex parts, and can complete a variety of machining such as milling, diling, expanding, boring and tapping, as well as contour milling under a single clamping,which is suitable for the machining of various high- precision,multi-procedure, complex shape parts. With the addition of CNC rotary table, the machine has 4- -axis/5- axis machining capability.

This series of precision CNC lathe is designed for small-diameter precision parts machining, it is space- -saving and low- -cost. This series of machines adopts flat bed, linear guideway, gang type structure, which has the advantages of small size, large travel, high precision, high rigidity, easy to operate and so on. Its main products are applied to mass production machining of parts in electronics, communication, automobile, medical and other industries.
