1. GMC Series Gantry Machining Center

Featuring high-speed operation, high-precision cutting tool options, and the capability to meet complex multi-face processing requirements, the GMC Series Gantry Machining Center is the latest precision gantry milling machining center jointly developed by DEED and its German partner. Specifically designed for precision, high-speed, and heavy-duty cutting of metal parts across various industries, this machine is capable of completing milling, boring, drilling, rigid tapping, and 3-axis linkage simultaneous curved surface processing. Additionally, a right-angle milling head can be added according to customer needs, enabling 5-face machining with a single clamping to effectively enhance both machining precision and efficiency.

2. HBF Series Floor Type Milling & Boring Machining Center

The HBF Series Floor Type Milling & Boring Machining Center adopts a column-moving layout, with the spindle box hanging vertically (side-hanging for spindles with a diameter of Φ200 or more) and a movable ram. Equipped with a CNC rotary table (or a floor-type platform), the X-axis is synchronously driven by two servo motors, a precision reducer, and high-precision gears and racks; meanwhile, the other axes are driven by servo motors, precision reducers, and high-precision ball screws, ensuring stable and accurate operation.
