DEED offers a full production machining center that will be designed from our wholly-owned R&D center in Germany: Hipreed, exported from a manufacturing plant in China, for you to run in customer's own facilities or at a manufacturing facility that you designate. A machining center for metal will be designed and built according to the CE/USA/Western standard. It will be optimized for production on the customer's mold machining with details such as cooling line connections already prepared for the customer's existing setup. Typical machining center types for these molds machining center are VMC-series, GMC-series, or a customer-required type machine with an optional milling head.

Different customers have different machining requirements, so before the workpiece processing program, according to the design requirements of its drawings and processing content, confirm the processing technology is extremely important. Deed build our own process team according to machining system specifications, before you purchase, the process team will provide the best solution according to the customer's processing requirements.

We can also take customer's functional requirements for the machine designs. Pilot and production testing runs are available upon machine completion, such as for pilot running and debugging. For CNC machines, each part has to be manually placed in and removed from the machine, so the cost per part is fairly static overproduction runs. And the manufacturing period is longer than in other industries.
