PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
● German mineral casted 1-piece rectangular rail 45° inclined machine bed can help achieve higher rigidity and very strong
vibration absorption performance; it can also help reduce the inflfluence of processing heat to the machine accuracy;
● The spindle is made of mineral material inlaid with steel, it can greatly reduce the vibration of the machine caused by the
rotation of workpiece, also conducive to the stability of fifine cutting lay direction;
● Imported customized spindle, φ160mm bearings in front and rear , together with multiple sealing structures, it can realize the
cutting speed be stable at over 1000r/min during the rough and fifind turning processing of the wheel hubs.
