Overview
DEED GMC20 series CNC gantry machining center is a product with high performance, high precision and high efficiency. It is suitable for machining parts with complex shapes and processes and high precision requirements. Thanks to the materials and welding technology from Germany, the structure of the equipment has excellent shock absorption and thermal stability, which can ensure its stable physical and mechanical properties. It has stable heavy-duty machine tools and columns to reduce mechanical deformation and improve the stability of the machine during processing.
Features
1. The design of lightweight moving parts and high rigid structure can meet the static stiffness and dynamic fast response, which is more conducive to improving the positioning accuracy and processing performance of the machine tool.
2. High rigid square slider, with a section of 400 * 400mm or 450 * 450mm, can realize full stroke powerful cutting of z-axis.
3. High rigidity double-layer closed box structure and stepped guide rail can reduce the deformation of the beam due to stress concentration and ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
4. DEED GMC20 series CNC gantry machining center has a closed automatic tool head magazine for selection, and each tool head can be automatically replaced, or it can be selected with a vertical horizontal tool magazine, which can improve the automation capability of the machine tool and realize automatic multi-faceted machining.
