-Machine bed：

1) The machine bed adopts an integrated inverted T-shaped structure.

2) The column moves left and right along the bed to the x-axis, the transmission system is AC servo motor and ball screw pair are directly connected through the precision coupling, the guide pair adopts two high-rigidity linear rolling guide pair, the dynamic and static friction coefficient is small, fast response, good high-speed positioning, no crawling at low speed.

-Worktable：

1) The worktable moves back and forth along the bed to the z-axis, the transmission system is AC servo motor and the ball screw pair are directly connected through the precision coupling, and the guide pair adopts two highly rigid linear rolling guide pairs, and two auxiliary guide rails are installed on both sides, with large bearing capacity, small friction force, and high positioning accuracy.

2) There are two types of workbench indexes. The minimum division unit of standard configuration is 1 °, and the optional minimum division is 0.001 °. After selecting the workbench, you can use the X, Y, and z axes to interpolate it. The clamping mode after the workbench is rotated in place is hydraulic forced clamping.

3) The exchange system of the worktable is rotating, and the rising, falling and rotating actions of the exchange system are hydraulically driven.
