The vertical machining center has the advantages of convenient clamping, easy operation, easy observation of machining conditions, easy debugging program and wide application. During the actual operation, the vertical machining center may crash irregularly. So what are the reasons for this? How can we solve it?
During the use of the vertical machining center, there may be some faults such as system crash and the system can not start normally. After the machine tool fails, if restart it. sometimes it can be started normally, and sometimes it needs to wait a long time to start; After the machine tool is started normally, it can resume normal operation again. Since all actions and machining accuracy of the vertical machining center meet the requirements during normal operation, and sometimes they can work continuously for a long time, it can be preliminarily judged that the constituent modules, software and hardware of the CNC system are not damaged, and the failure is mainly caused by electromagnetic interference or external power interference outside the system.
Because the vertical machining center can work normally as long as it is started normally; And the normal working time is uncertain, sometimes it can be processed continuously for several days or even weeks; Sometimes it can only work for several hours or even dozens of minutes. The fault is random and has no rules to follow. This kind of fault belongs to a typical "soft fault". There are about three methods to solve the fault. The specific solutions are as follows:
1. Poor grounding system of CNC system, machine tool and workshop; Incorrect cable shield connection of the system; Unreasonable cable layout and installation; The unreliable installation, connection and fixation of each module of the system are the main causes of "soft fault". When repairing "soft fault", necessary inspection and diagnosis shall be carried out for the above aspects. After eliminating the causes of "soft fault" caused by the above basic work defects, the maintenance shall focus on the power input circuit of the system and external power supply.
2. During maintenance, the grounding system of CNC system, machine tool and workshop should be carefully inspected, and correct some poor grounding points; The cable shielding connection, cable layout and installation of the system should be sorted and classified; The installation and connection of each module of the system should be rechecked and fixed.
3. According to the electrical schematic diagram of the machine tool, the DC 24V input of the system is powered by an ordinary diode bridge rectifier circuit. This power supply mode is usually difficult to meet the requirements of the system for power supply in the case of serious power grid interference. Therefore, the standard regulated power supply should be used to replace the diode bridge rectifier circuit in the system, and the machine tool fault can be eliminated.
