Problems in Electrical Control System Of CNC Milling Machine

In terms of the types of components used in CNC milling machines, according to common rules, the problems of electrical control system are usually divided into "weak current" problems and "strong current" problems.
"Weak current" section refers to the control part mainly composed of electronic components and integrated circuits in the control system. The weak current section of CNC machine tool includes CNC, PLC, MDI / C RT, servo drive unit, input-output unit, etc.
"Weak current" problems can be divided into hardware problems and software problems. Hardware problems refer to the problems of the above-mentioned local integrated circuit chips, discrete electronic components, connectors and external connecting components. Software fault refers to the action, data loss and other faults under the normal condition of hardware. The common ones are. Processing program error, system program and parameter change or loss, computer operation error and so on.
"Strong current" refers to the relay, contactor, switch, fuse, power transformer, motor, electromagnet, travel switch and other electrical components in the main circuit or high-voltage and high-power circuit of the control system and their control circuits. Although it is convenient to repair and diagnose this local fault, because it is in the working state of high voltage and high current, the probability of fault is higher than that of "weak current" part. It must arouse enough attention of maintenance personnel.
